General Plan Update. A substantial revision to the Taylorsville General Plan has been drafted by members of the Taylorsville Planning Commission, the Community Development Department, the Taylorsville City Council, and the Taylorsville General Plan Update Steering Committee. Taylorsville Property Locator. The City of Taylorsville has launched a new internet program that provides online access to powerful business and real estate information only a "mouse-click" away. The Taylorsville Property Locator Taylorsville is an interactive map based on geographic information system (GIS) technology. The Taylorsville Property Locator allows visitors to rapidly create maps and access data that would normally take weeks to collect and thousands of dollars to obtain from specialty data researchers. 1300 West Bike Path. The City of Taylorsville is currenlty completing an environmental study for the 1300 West Bike Path.
